Functional Fit involves a mixture of strength and conditioning. When it comes to fitness we tend to focus on what we are good at, and neglect our weaknesses. Functional Fit provides a well-rounded workout which can be scaled. We teach technique and form over numbers.

The focus is on consistency and our classes are programmed accordingly to keep our athletes performing day in day out. Fitness goals are achieved over the long term, not a single workout. We don’t fuss over numbers, burning calories, aesthetics, counting kgs. Rather consistency, effort and structure which we provide in our programming. Although aesthetics, lean muscle mass and fat loss are by-products of functional fitness.
